Garry earns Ironman Silver All World Athlete Garry Weston’s strong performance during the 2014 season positioned him in the top five percent for his age group and has earned him Silver All World Athlete status. Garry is the Commercial Manager at Ramsay’s Noosa Private Hospital and regularly participates in triathlons, including the Noosa Tri, and ironman competitions. He recorded his best time for an Olympic distance triathlon 2:30 at the Noosa triathlon last year. His best time for a half ironman (70.3) is 5:26 and he ranked 17th in Australia in his age group for this event last year. Ramsay launches new website Ramsay Health Care has launched a new look website which has not only modernised the design but also the way the website navigates and performs. Ramsay Website Manager Chris Wells said the new website has been designed using Sitecore which allows it to be scalable for mobile phones, and tablets – it will now open in the right format on any of these devices and will be easy to navigate for the user. “The new design and technical specs are also being applied to all our hospitals which we are rolling out now. Several hospitals have already been updated using the new template,” Chris said. The Ramsay website has been updated with the latest information and maps of all Ramsay’s 212 facilities throughout the world allowing the user to pinpoint the exact locations of the hospital locations. A new section on sustainability contains performance reports from both the Company’s Australian and UK operations. Pulling together this new website has been a lot of work over the last six months by the marketing team. Marketing teams in France, UK and Asia have also been involved and provided invaluable advice and assistance.
