As part of the service assistance is extended to these patients and their family which promotes a positive hospital experience by bridging language differences, providing personal support and accommodating service requests. Rosdelima Simarmata (Infection Control Manager RHCI) was chosen (on behalf of Jatinegara Hospital) by the Joint Commission International (JCI) to present on the Hospital’s International Hand Hygiene Project at Executive Briefings in Singapore. Hospitals participating included 4 hospitals from the Middle East, 2 Queensland Scrub Club present their experience on the project at the Asian Pacific Executive&(Philippines–PacificAsiafromhospitals3&EuropefromhospitalsMalaysia & Indonesia). JCI invited 2 project leaders from Asia Pacific to Briefings from the 1-2 November 2012 in Singapore.
