Ramsay Health Care Triathlon Pink 2009 - Get Ready!

The Ramsay Health Care Triathlon Pink Series will be back in 2009 and this year the Triathlon series introduces two new locations for participants - the Sunshine Coast and South Australia.

Ramsay Health Care is a major event partner of the National Triathlon Pink series held in Australia and run by T3 events.
Triathlon Pink is all about getting in and having a go with friends and family. You can compete as an individual and complete the whole course on your own or get together with a group of friends and compete as team where you can complete one of the legs much like a relay.

Since its inception in 2007 The Ramsay Health Care Triathlon Pink Series has seen over 5,000 females cross a Triathlon Pink finish line and has raised over $180,000 for the series charity, the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

2009 will see the series expand into a 7 event series with new events in Hobart, Adelaide and on the Sunshine Coast added to Gold Coast, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.

With females making up the largest proportion of Ramsay Health Care staff and as many Ramsay hospitals have a focus on women’s health – sponsoring the Triathlon Pink series was seen as a perfect fit for the organization. Ramsay is proud to be associated with something that promotes health and fitness in the community as well as contributing funds towards a worthwhile cause.

Sunshine Coast - 20 September
Sydney - 26 September
Gold Coast - 18 October
Perth - 8 November
Adelaide - 22 November

2010
Melbourne - 17 January
Hobart - 21 February
