Amy has been the Finance Manager in several Healthscope facilities in Melbourne over the last two years. Prior to this role she was the Finance Manager with Intercontinental Hotels Group for Crowne Plaza Melbourne. Amy brings a broad range of technical skills and commercial experience to the role. MARLON GENEROSO Marlon Generoso has been appointed as Regional Commercial Manager for The Northside Group. With over five years of experience in financial and management accounting, Marlon started at Ramsay Health Care as an Assistant Accountant for Kareena Private Hospital where he had an integral role improving processes and managing expenditures during their expansion. After a short time at Head Office as part of their Financial Accounting Team, Marlon started with The Northside Group as Acting Regional Commercial Manager and after three months was formally appointed to the role Regional Commercial Manager for The Northside Group. JULIANNE ALLAN Julianne Allan has been appointed to the position of Regional Human Resources Manager WA/SA for Hollywood Private Hospital and as a member of Hollywood’s Executive Team. Julianne has extensive experience in the HR field, having worked as a consultant, university lecturer and as State HR Manager for Coca-Cola Amatil. Her qualifications include a Master of Psychology degree from UWA, majoring in organisation psychology. In addition to Julianne’s extensive professional experiences and qualifications, she is a passionate supporter of the community and volunteers as Board Chair for her local independent public school. HEIDI BAYLISS Heidi Bayliss has been appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer at Hunters Hill Private Hospital and Chief Executive Officer/ Director of Clinical Services at Castlecrag Private Hospital. Heidi first commenced working at Ramsay Health Care as a registered nurse in Intensive Care at North Shore Private Hospital in 2000. She has held numerous positions during her time at North Shore including After Hours Manager, Nursing Unit Manager, Bed Manager and Assistant Director of Clinical Services. Heidi completed the Future Leaders course in 2012 and, most recently, she has been the Hospital Manager and Director of Clinical Services at Castlecrag Private Hospital since August 2013. JULIA MORGAN Julia Morgan has been appointed to the role of CEO at Mildura Private Hospital. Julia has been acting in her role since January 2016 and has done a fantastic job of ensuring that the Public Hospital meets the needs of the Mildura community, working with the DHHS and the Victorian State Government. Julia is well known at Mildura Base Hospital, commencing there as Assistant Accountant in 2005 and becoming Director of Corporate Services in 2009 before acting in the CEO role. ADAM STEVENSON Adam Stevenson has been appointed to the role of Director of Corporate Services at Mildura Private Hospital. Adam is a Chartered Accountant who commenced his career in health care when he joined Mildura Base Hospital in a senior finance role in September 2013 before progressing in to the acting Director of Corporate Services role since January 2016. LISA MCARDLE Lisa McArdle has been appointed to the Director of Clinical Services position at Nambour Selangor Private Hospital. Following the closure of maternity services some years ago, Lisa has been supporting the CEO / DCS role with a portfolio of staffing, quality and hospital co-ordination. Lisa has acted as CEO in the past, actively participated in QLD DCS forums, and is highly respected by the staff and accredited VMOs at Nambour. Nambour has been working hard to re-position itself as a significant provider of Pain Management and Rehabilitation services for the Sunshine Coast, as well as maintaining its medical and surgical activities. Given the success of this repositioning and subsequent growth in occupancy, we have decided to re-instate the role of DCS and Lisa is a worthy candidate. Lisa has acted as CEO in the past, actively participated in QLD DCS forums, and is highly respected by the staff and accredited VMOs at Nambour. Most importantly, Lisa is well versed in the Ramsay Way. Our primary activities include auditing all facilities under the RNAT-S V2.0 WHS Audit Program, reviewing the entire safety management system, writing the new adverse event and business continuity framework, rolling out our new electronic staff health platform (StaffVax), releasing our national physical job demand guides, improving the injury management system, auditing all facilities for property and infrastructure risks and more. The team is spread across Australia with staff in all states, including hospital based offices (Greenslopes, Joondalup, Caloundra, Warners Bay, Nambour) and head offices (Sydney and Melbourne). Karina previously spent over nine years with Ramsay Health Care Australia doing Australian Brownfield Developments. Tod O’Connor – Business Development Manager, Retail Pharmacy Acquisitions. Tod spent five years with Australian Pharmaceutical Industries/Priceline Pharmacy. Prior to that, he was the owner of award winning retail businesses (two surf stores) and his employment history includes corporate and merchant banking. Kate Stary – Corporate Counsel, Ramsay Health Care. Kate was previously, a corporate and commercial lawyer at Gadens Lawyers then in-house counsel at Opteon Property Group, Australia’s largest property services company. Beshara Dafesh – Head of Retail Pharmacy Acquisitions. Beshara joins Ramsay from Greencross Limited where he was responsible for the acquisition of retail and veterinary businesses across Australia and New Zealand. Beshara has extensive commercial experience with major domestic and international organizations such as Caltex Australia and Yum Restaurants International.
