Ramsay Chief Operating Officer Danny Sims said it was a wonderful acknowledgement for these hospitals to be recognised through independent patient satisfaction results such as this. “Patient satisfaction is a key measure for Ramsay Health Care and it is particularly pleasing to see so many Ramsay hospitals taking out the top 10 positions,” Danny said.
