The survey of approximately 70,000 women across 37 countries by US business magazine Forbes and market research firm Statista recognises companies excelling at providing crucial benefits that aid in attracting and retaining female talent. 

The World’s Top Companies For Women 2023 rates the businesses on general workplace practices and gender-specific issues, including gender pay equity, flexible work arrangements, skill development programs and advancement opportunities.

Ramsay Health Care is ranked sixth in the healthcare industry globally and 379th across all companies. Ramsay is the highest ranked healthcare organisation based in Australia. 

Ramsay Health Care CEO, Carmel Monaghan, said the listing reflects Ramsay’s commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable work environment.
