Ramsay’s Learning Manager, Rebecca Rundle, said she was extremely pleased with the recognition, amongst a competitive field of more than 3,500 organisations. 

“I’m extremely proud to have made it into the Top 100 Graduate Employers across Australia, the first time a health care organisation has made the list,” Ms Rundle said. 

“We’ve worked hard to develop our two-year graduate program, which includes a foundation year and a development year where grads gain experience in a variety of medical, surgical and rehabilitation settings.

“Our graduates get comprehensive training, coaching and support to help them build a career with Ramsay and provide opportunities to specialise in their chosen area of nursing.”

Ramsay Health Care was also recognised as a top-ranking company when it comes to graduate salaries, with a ‘Best Workplace Award for Salaries’ honour. 

Grad Australia’s rankings are calculated based on student popularity and program quality. Student popularity is based on the number of page views and applications. Program quality is assessed using graduate reviews on quality and quantity and considering recency of reviews.
