Dr Sarah Anderson is a rehabilitation medicine physician who was granted Fellowship of the Australasian Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine in January 2021. Dr Melinda Cook is a local graduate and trainee having completed her general surgery fellowship in 2003 and then working with Professor Ian Gough, Dr Colin Furnival and Dr Barry Fryar as the Breast and Endocrine Surgical Fellow in 2005. Dr Erwin Groeneveld is an experienced Ophthalmologist and Vitreoretinal Surgeon. He established a private practice, Brisbane Eye Clinic in 1990. Dr Tai Smith is a Queensland trained ophthalmologist that specialises in eyelid, orbit and lacrimal surgery. Dr Scott Teske graduated from the University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia in 1983. After completed his initial three years of ophthalmological training in 1993, he spent his final elective year of training in at the Orange Eye Centre, as the director of ophthalmic plastic surgery. Dr Teske then headed to the University of Cincinnati in Ohio, USA where he completed a formal fellowship in ophthalmic plastic surgery in 1996 under the tutelage of Drs Dwight Kulwin, Robert Kersten and Mark Cepela.

Dr Voltz completed dental training in 1991 at the University of Qld. Following three years in General practice and working as a demonstrator at the Dental school he embarked on the Queensland Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Training program. Dr Patrick Walsh is a Gastroenterologist at North West Private Hospital. Patrick Walsh completed his undergraduate medical degree at the University of Otago in 1995. Prior to this, he had undertaken a Bachelor of Science majoring in human nutrition. He moved to Sydney and undertook his junior training through the St. Vincent’s Hospital in Darlinghurst, Sydney. Following this, he undertook advanced training at the Concord Repatriation General Hospital in Sydney. He then did his final year of training doing endoscopic ultrasound and advanced endoscopy at St. Vincent’s Hospital, Darlinghurst, Sydney. Dr Jaclyn White is a comprehensive adult and paediatric ophthalmologist. She completed her specialty training in Queensland and furthered this experience by undertaking an 18 month fellowship in paediatric ophthalmology and strabismus at the Queensland Children's Hospital. In her final year she was awarded a prestigious Churchill Fellowship and travelled to the United Kingdom and Canada to gain expertise in all aspects of inherited eye disease.
Dr Brian Wilson-Boyd is an Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Surgeon specialising in Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery. Dr Wilson-Boyd also has a special interest in General ENT, Paediatric ENT, Head and Neck Oncology, Salivary gland, Rhinoplasty, Otoplasty, sino nasal, Otology, snoring, thyroid and voice.
Dr Wilson-Boyd studied medicine at the University of Queensland graduating in 1990. He was an intern at the Princess Alexandra Hospital before moving to the Royal Melbourne Hospital, 1992 and 1993. Dr Wilson-Boyd returned to Brisbane and completed his General Surgery Fellowship on the Brisbane Northside General Surgery training program in 1999.
Dr Wong is a specialist surgeon with expertise in obesity and metabolic surgery, oesophagogastric, gallbladder, hernia and general surgery. He is also a certified endoscopist. He trained in New Zealand after his nous for surgery was recognised in his first year working as a doctor. He went on to join specialist training during which he won awards for Best Registrar, and a travelling fellowship to present cancer research in Vienna at an international conference.
In 2015, he completed further sub-specialist training in oesophagogastric and bariatric surgery before moving to Australia where he was the inaugural fellow at Redcliffe Hospital. Dr Wong is well-known for his friendly and caring nature, holistic care and ability to explain complicated things in easy to understand words.
Dr. Barbara Woodhouse graduated in dentistry from the University of Queensland in 1978 and worked for Queensland Health and in private practice – both in rural Queensland and in Brisbane – before deciding to specialise in oral and maxillofacial surgery. After completing a Fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons, she returned to the University of Queensland to teach and to complete a Masters degree in oral and maxillofacial surgery in combination with a four-year surgical training program, initially at the Royal Brisbane Hospital. To broaden her experience, Dr. Woodhouse completed her final year in a world class training facility in the United Kingdom and was admitted to Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland.
Dan trained as a gastroenterologist in Adelaide. He moved to Brisbane in 2007–2010, completing a PhD and a Master of Public Health at UQ and working at the RBWH. Dan lived in New York from 2010–2014 working at Columbia University in gastrointestinal cancer research.Since 2015, Dan has run a bowel cancer research group in Adelaide and has worked as a public and private gastroenterologist.

Gerald is a Queensland trained and qualified Orthopaedic Surgeon graduating with honours from medical school in Tasmania.

Tom Zhou completed his Medical Degree at the University of Queensland in 2003. He completed his physician training at Princess Alexandra Hospital in 2008, and subsequently undertook advanced training in Gastroenterology at Townsville and Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital. He received extensive training in general gastroenterology, inflammatory bowel disease and liver diseases during this time.
Tom developed specific interests in liver diseases, and conducted clinical research in viral hepatitis during his gastroenterology training. He presented at several congresses nationally and internationally. After obtaining fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians Tom undertook further training in liver diseases. He completed a hepatology fellowship at Princess Alexandra Hospital.
