Dr Fred Clarke is a fully qualified Plastic Surgeon with the Royal Australian College of Surgeons and the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons, He has consultation rooms at Mosman and he is interested in Breast Reconstruction, Head and Neck Reconstruction, Oncological Plastics, Microsurgical Reconstruction, Oculoplastics and the full complement of Cosmetic Surgeries.
