He undertakes a broad range of both open and laparoscopic (Keyhole) procedures but mainly performs laparoscopic cholecystectomy (for gallstones or gallbladder polyps), liver resections (mostly for malignant tumours), repair of inguinal, umbilical and incisional hernias, and laparoscopic splenectomy.
