Dr Landgraf is a national and international fellowship trained orthopaedic surgeon. His interests are lower limb arthroplasty (hip and knee replacements) and upper limb surgery (shoulder, elbow and hand).
After completing his orthopaedic training in Germany and Australia in 2011 he undertook further subspecialist training, completing fellowships in lower limb arthroplasty and upper limb surgery in Berlin, Germany 2012/2013, at the prestigious Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, Scotland 2013/2014 and at the Gold Coast University Hospital here in Australia in 2015/2016.
Dr Landgraf’s primary objective is to achieve the best possible outcomes for his patients, he integrates evidence of the latest advanced surgical techniques in daily practice to achieve an excellent outcome and is trained and certified in navigated and robotic-assisted arthroplasty surgery.
A visiting Specialist at North West Private Hospital, Brisbane Private Hospital, Dr Landgraf has maintained a commitment to public practice at the Redcliffe Hospital, Metro North.
For his academic achievements he was awarded a research title (Dr. med.) at Hanover Medical School in Germany and he is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Tasmania and the University of Queensland.
Dr Landgraf is a Fellow of the Australian Orthopaedic Association (FAOrthoA) and a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS). He holds international memberships with the German Society of Orthopaedic and Trauma Surgery (DGOU) and the German Society of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery (DVSE).
