Dr Baskaranathan provides a personalized approach for his patients, empowering patients to be aware and active in their own medical management. Dr Baskaranathan is Australian trained Urologist. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and an active member of the Urological Society of Australasia, American Urological Association, and European Association of Urology.
Whilst he is able to care for all urological conditions, Dr Baskaranathan has subspecialty expertise and training in minimally invasive surgery options in managing prostate, kidney, bladder cancer and men’s sexual health.
Dr Baskaranathan has been performing robotically assisted surgery since 2008. He also undertook a travelling Fellowship in the USA where he was mentored in robotic surgery and prosthetic surgery.
Dr Baskaranathan is a senior clinical lecturer at Western Sydney University and holds a staff specialist position and Blacktown Public Hospital.
