MARILYN CLAYTON
Marilyn Clayton is retiring from her position as CEO /
DCS at Berkeley Vale Private Hospital after working for
Ramsay Health Care for 26 years.
During her tenure, Marilyn has successfully guided her
team through various challenges and opportunities with
a positive attitude.
Work will commence soon on the expansion of the
Mental Health Unit and this success is all due to
Marilyn’s hard work.
Marilyn has been an exceptional pillar of the Ramsay Way and her beaming smile
and cheery disposition will be greatly missed by the staff, doctors and patients on
the NSW central coast.
Marilyn said: “I want to thank each and every one of your for your dedication, hard
work and support you have given to me over many years. You all are what make the
hospital such a special place to work and you are the reason our hospital has such
a wonderful reputation for patient care. I wish you all every happiness and success
for the future as I look forward to the next phase of my life”.
JENNY HARPER OAM
After more than 23 years, Jenny Harper OAM is retiring
from the position of CEO at Southern Highlands Private
Hospital in order to spend more time with her family.
Under Jenny’s stewardship, the hospital has grown
from the early stages of construction in 1995 to a vital
and well-respected part of the Southern Highlands
community.
Her contribution to Ramsay Health Care, including
her support for Paul Ramsay and his family, has been
extensive and the company takes this opportunity
to thank Jenny for all her hard work and unwavering commitment over the past
two decades.
Jenny said: “Southern Highlands Private Hospital is a great hospital. It is a
great hospital because it has such great people working in it, who reflect the
company (Ramsay Health Care) culture, The Ramsay Way – people caring for
people. I have no doubt, because of you all, the hospital will continue to grow
and be successful”.
GREG
KENNEDY
Greg Kennedy has joined
the Ramsay Pharmacy Group
as Chief Operating Officer.
In this role, Greg will have
executive oversight of the
Ramsay Pharmacy Group
including retail and hospital
pharmacy operations.
He is an experienced retail
leader, with a career spanning more than 22 years. Greg
brings strong operational and commercial experience from
his time as a senior leader within the Coles Group, with a
strong track record of delivering results and developing
teams to achieve exceptional outcomes for customers within
a fast moving and highly competitive retail landscape.
Greg will work with the respective pharmacy teams and
apply his significant knowledge to support the advancement
of the brand values, the value proposition and support the
implementation of team development programs across
hospital and retail operations. Greg will also be instrumental
as we continue to support our patients and customers
throughout their health care journey through the integration
of pharmacy services across primary and acute care
landscapes.
MARILYN
ROBERTS
New Farm Clinic’s longest
serving staff member,
catering supervisor Marilyn
Roberts, has retired after
36 years of loyal and
dedicated service.
Marilyn commenced work on
5 January 1983 at the original
clinic that was located at
Llewellyn Street, New Farm.
Marilyn will always be remembered as a hardworking,
committed, and friendly person.
Staff, doctors and patients all extend their best wishes
and hope Marilyn enjoys a happy, healthy, well-deserved
retirement.
LEONIE
GARDINER
Leonie Gardiner has
been appointed as CEO
of Attadale Rehabilitation
Hospital, in addition to her
current position as CEO of
Glengarry Private Hospital.
Leonie has been a nurse
for more than 38 years and
has significant experience
in leadership and clinical
management roles in across various hospital settings.
Prior to working at Glengarry Private Hospital, she was
Director of Nursing at another Perth hospital for seven years.
LORRIE
MOHSEN
Lorrie Mohsen, CEO of
Mt Wilga Private Hospital,
will also assume the role
of CEO for Berkeley Vale
Private Hospital following the
retirement of Marilyn Clayton
on 19 April 2019.
Since commencing with
Ramsay Health Care in 2007,
Lorrie has held the positions of Executive Manager – Day
Program at Mt Wilga Private, Allied Health Manager at North
Shore Private and Hospital Manager at Hunters Hill.
Clinically trained as an occupational therapist, Lorrie
completed the Ramsay Future Leaders program in 2012 and
her Masters of Management in 2014.
STEVEN
RAJCANY
Steven Rajcany has been
appointed as CEO of
Southern Highlands Private
Hospital, in addition to his
role as CEO of Kareena
Private Hospital and
Kingsway Day Surgery.
Steven has been a hospital
CEO for 11 years and a multi-site
CEO for nearly eight years. He has previous experience
leading Lawrence Hargrave Private Hospital, Cairns Private
Hospital and Dudley Private Hospital.
Prior to these positions, Steven was a nurse unit manager
at Port Macquarie Private Hospital and originally began his
nursing career as a nurse at Westmead Private Hospital.
KAREN
CUNLIFFE
Karen Cunliffe has been
appointed to the role
of Director of Clinical
Services at both Attadale
Rehabilitation Hospital and
Glengarry Private Hospital.
Karen commences this
new role on 8 April 2019
after previously working at
Hollywood Private Hospital as clinical nurse manager
of the palliative care and respiratory medicine ward.
She has been a registered nurse since 1996, working in
the National Health Service in England, before moving to
Abu Dhabi, where she completed a Master of International
Health Management through the University of New England
in NSW.
