Group CEO & Managing Director
Natalie Davis
Natalie is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience driving large-scale transformation, strengthening customer focus and delivering growth. She has a strong track record of guiding large organisations through change while keeping people and customers at the heart of every decision.
She is passionate about innovation in health care and believes in empowering teams to deliver excellent outcomes for patients and communities. Natalie is recognised for her collaborative style, her focus on culture and engagement, and her ability to turn strategy into action.
Before joining Ramsay, Natalie held senior roles at Woolworths Group and worked internationally as a partner at McKinsey & Company. She holds an MBA from INSEAD and Bachelor of Commerce and Laws degrees from the University of Sydney, where she graduated with First Class Honours and the University Medal.

Chief Operating Officer - Australia
Stuart Winters
Stuart is an experienced global executive with more than 25 years of leadership in healthcare operations and support services in the US, UK, Asia-Pacific and Australia. He is known for building strong, values-led teams and leading large organisations through change while keeping people and outcomes at the centre.
In his most recent role, Stuart led Sodexo’s Healthcare and Senior Living businesses in the United States, supporting over 2,600 hospitals and healthcare facilities. Earlier, as CEO of Sodexo UK and Ireland, he partnered with the UK Government and NHS during the COVID-19 pandemic, expanding services rapidly to meet national needs — work that was recognised with the British Citizen Award for Healthcare.
Stuart returned to Australia in 2024 and is passionate about using innovation, technology and culture to strengthen teams and improve outcomes for patients and communities.

Chief Commercial Officer - Australia
Andrew Coombs
Andrew has more than 25 years of commercial leadership experience across healthcare delivery, health insurance, strategy and transformation.
Before joining Ramsay, Andrew was Vice President Commercial and Executive Committee member at HCA Healthcare UK, where he led payor strategy, business development, digital engagement and marketing. He worked closely with clinicians and hospital teams to strengthen partnerships with private health insurers and design patient-centred propositions, particularly in cancer care.
Earlier in his career, Andrew was Managing Director of AXA Global Health and CEO of AXA Global Protect, following senior advisory and finance roles at KPMG.
At Ramsay, Andrew leads commercial partnerships with health insurers and government and oversees the growth of Ramsay’s mental health, pharmacy and allied health businesses. He is also responsible for marketing, customer strategy and the development of integrated, digitally enabled care pathways.

Group Executive People & Sustainability
Colleen Harris
Colleen is responsible for group workforce strategy, leadership development and strengthening Ramsay’s culture across all regions. She leads initiatives that support Ramsay’s people, sustainability priorities and long-term business success.
Colleen is also a Director of Ramsay Santé and has extensive experience working with boards and executive teams across industries including healthcare, banking and retail. Her career includes senior HR leadership roles reporting directly to the Group CEOs of National Australia Bank, Federation Centres and MyState Limited.
Colleen holds a Bachelor of Education (Science) from the University of Melbourne, is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute.

Acting Group Executive Finance
Mike Hirner
Mike has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare finance with Ramsay Health Care. Over that time, he has built deep expertise in hospital operations, strategy and group financial management. Mike is recognised for his strong commercial acumen and his ability to balance operational detail with long-term strategic priorities.

Group Executive Health & Strategy
Dr Brindan Suresh
Brindan is a respected healthcare leader with experience spanning clinical practice, health system reform and innovation in life sciences. He combines medical training with strategic expertise, having worked with governments, health systems and private providers across Australia and internationally.
Before joining Ramsay Health Care, Brindan was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he led major initiatives in health system transformation, medical workforce strategy and advanced analytics. He has advised health ministries across the Asia-Pacific, supported large-scale productivity improvements, and developed strategies to strengthen public health resilience during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Brindan began his career as a doctor in New South Wales Health, working in Sydney’s largest teaching hospitals. He holds a Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery, Bachelor of Laws (Hons I) and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney.
Passionate about innovation and equity in health, Brindan is focused on advancing Ramsay’s strategy to deliver excellent, sustainable care for patients and communities.

Group Executive, Technology and Digital
Dr John Doulis
John leads Ramsay’s global technology and digital function, shaping strategy and capability across all regions.
An Australian-trained doctor, John holds a medical degree from Monash University and brings more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in the United States and Australia.
Most recently, John was Vice President and Distinguished Architect in HCA Healthcare’s Digital Transformation and Innovation team, where he led major innovation programs and delivered frontline tools including a rostering and scheduling platform for 100,000 nurses, digital handover systems, ambient speech recognition tools and AI-driven clinical guidance.
Earlier in his career, John was Chief Information and Informatics Officer and Chief Operations Officer of the Informatics Center at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and Assistant Vice-Chancellor Health Affairs at Vanderbilt University. He oversaw enterprise-wide informatics and IT services across education, research and clinical operations. Vanderbilt is well known to Ramsay through the accountability framework that underpins the Speak Up for Patient Safety program.
John has also held senior roles at First Data Bank (Hearst Health) as Senior Vice President, Clinical Solutions, and at MedCare Investment Funds as Chief Information and Informatics Officer (CIO). In these roles he led strategy, product innovation and digital health investments across a range of healthcare organisations.
John brings cross-functional executive experience across clinical practice, digital health, informatics, investment and academia, with a strong record of managing large portfolios, delivering change at scale and building high-performing teams.

Group Executive Legal & Company Secretariat
Henrietta Rowe
Henrietta was appointed Group General Counsel & Company Secretary in June 2019 and is responsible for the Group legal, governance and secretariat functions.
Henrietta has more than 15 years of experience with leading global law firm Herbert Smith Freehills and in-house at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, capital management and corporate governance.
Henrietta holds a Bachelor of Economics (Social Sciences) (Honours) and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Sydney, is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors Law Committee.
