  1. Promotion: 'scan your ticket to win' competition.
  2. Promoter: Ramsay Health Care Australia Pty Limited (ABN 36 003 184 889) of Level 7, Tower B 7 Westbourne Street St Leonards NSW 2065 Australia.
  3. Promotion Period: during the opening hours of the Melbourne Baby Expo during Saturday 4 July to Sunday 5 July 2026. The time of entry will in each case be the time which the entry is received by the Promoter's database, not the time of entry by the Eligible Entrant.
  4. How to enter: During the Promotion Period, Eligible Entrants may enter the Promotion by scanning their ticket to the Melbourne Baby Expo at the designated reader at the Ramsay Health Care stall at the Melbourne Baby Expo. Scanning a ticket will provide the Promoter with personal information linked to the ticket, including name, postcode, phone, email, stage of parenting, due date, date of birth of youngest child and number of children under 10.
  5. Eligible Entrants: the Promotion is open to individuals who hold an adult ticket the Melbourne Baby Expo. One entry per ticketholder. The Eligible Entrant is responsible for the information linked to their ticket including any inaccuracies, invalidity or incompleteness which may impact entry into the Promotion. Directors, management, employees, and officers of the Promoter (and their immediate family), or of any contractors, agencies or organisations associated with this Promotion (and their immediate family) are ineligible to enter.
  6. Prize: the prize is a baby bundle valued at $200, comprising of the following items:

One Prize is available. The Prize is not transferrable or redeemable for cash.

  1. Winner: the Promotion is a 'game of chance'. The Promoter will randomly draw an Eligible Entrant on Monday 13 July via an electronic draw system and will be drawn at Promoter's premises. The first valid entry drawn is the Winner and will win the Prize. The Promoter’s random draw of the Winner or any other aspect of the Promotion is final. No correspondence will be entered into unless required by law.
  2. Distribution of Prize: The Promoter will contact the Winner via the email provided in their ticket on the same day of the draw to organise collection/delivery of the Prize. The Winner forfeits the Prize, if the Prize is not claimed by the Winner (by organising collection/delivery), or the Winner’s identity cannot be verified in accordance with these terms, within 7 days of receipt of notification by the Promoter (or as extended by the Promoter by written notice to the Winner).
  3. Disclaimers: The Prize is provided ‘as is’ and, to the extent permitted by law, the Promoter makes no warranties or representations regarding its suitability or reliability.
  4. Personal Information: By entering the Promotion, entrants will be added to Ramsay Health Care's Maternity and Early Parenting services mailing list. Personal information of entrants will also be used to administer the Promotion.
