A/Prof Russell Land

Associate Professor Russell Land is a Gynaecological oncologist with interests in the treatment of gynaecological cancers and precancers; laparoscopic and general gynaecologic surgery (including heavy/dysfunctional/painful periods, fibroids, ovarian cysts, endometriosis); and colposcopy. Dr Land has interests in advanced laparoscopic pelvic surgery including total laparoscopic hysterectomy and robotic hysterectomy.

In addition to being a fully trained general Gynaecologist he is one of a handful of Certified Gynaecologic Oncologists who have an additional four years of subspecialty training internationally, encompassing advanced surgical techniques of the female genital tract, bowel and urinary tract surgery, along with laparoscopic surgery.
