ASSOC PROF RUSSELL HOGG

Associate Professor Hogg is a Gynaecologist and Gynaecologic Oncologist. In addition to a Fellowship in Obstetrics and Gynaecology he has completed advanced training in the treatment of complex pelvic pathology and gynaecological cancer.

 

Associate Professor Hogg is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and is an accredited specialist in Gynaecological Oncology.  He works with a team of specialists who deliver multidisciplinary care for women with gynaecological cancer or complex gynaecological issues.

 

Associate Professor Hogg’s professional interests include surgery with molecular profiling of ovarian cancers, laparoscopic surgery for complex pelvic pathology, laparoscopic sentinel lymph node biopsies for endometrial cancer and optimal care pathways for women with gynaecological cancer.  He is known for his comprehensive and compassionate approach to what can be a very difficult diagnosis.
