About

As a psychologist, I’m passionate about helping people uncover their strengths, find clarity, and create meaningful change. With a holistic approach, I tailor every session to the client’s unique journey—whether it’s understanding long-standing challenges or navigating life’s complexities—through providing a safe, supportive space to thrive.

I am a compassionate and approachable psychologist who values creating a safe, inclusive environment where clients feel heard, accepted, and empowered. My style blends professionalism with warmth, fostering trust and collaboration throughout the therapeutic process. I’m very interested in working with trauma, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and chronic pain conditions, offering tailored, evidence-based interventions. Fascinated by the power of storytelling, I also integrate narrative therapy techniques and art therapy techniques, combining creativity and empathy to support clients in building resilience and uncovering new perspectives.

I help clients by providing personalised, evidence-based care that addresses their unique challenges and goals. My approach focuses on understanding each individual’s experiences and tailoring interventions to support their journey toward growth and wellbeing. I integrate a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Art Therapy and Play Therapy to ensure a holistic and flexible process. My goal is to empower clients to navigate challenges, build resilience, and uncover their inner strengths in a supportive and compassionate environment.

I have experience in the field of psychology and have completed my Master of Clinical Psychology, building on my academic achievements and practical experience to provide meaningful support to my clients. I particularly enjoy working with adults navigating complex challenges, such as trauma, Autism Spectrum disorder, ADHD, chronic pain, anxiety, and depression. I also have a keen interest in helping individuals seeking answers to long-standing issues through comprehensive psychological assessments. My approach is inclusive and adaptable, ensuring clients from diverse backgrounds feel understood and supported.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with First Class Honours and a Master of Clinical Psychology with distinction. I am a generally registered psychologist currently enrolled in the AHPRA Registrar Program, working toward endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist. My commitment to continuous learning ensures that I stay informed about the latest evidence-based practices to deliver the highest standard of care to my clients.
