About
Adam Honeybrook is an Otolaryngologist – head and neck surgeon and a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS). He is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS) and holds United States board certification in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery) and Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery (American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery). Dr Honeybrook completed his medical degree at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) in 2009 and undertook basic surgical training at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Sydney. He then completed postgraduate specialist training in the United States, including general surgical training at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and a five-year specialist training program in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at Duke University Hospital, North Carolina. This program included training in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, head and neck oncologic surgery, maxillofacial trauma reconstruction, facial
reanimation and reinnervation procedures, and facial aesthetic surgery. He completed additional accredited fellowship training in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Pennsylvania and further fellowship training in Louisiana, where he was appointed Assistant Professor of Head and Neck and Facial Plastic Surgery at Louisiana State University.
Dr Honeybrook returned to Australia in 2020 and works as a specialist consultant surgeon at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital. He holds specialist medical registration in both Australia and the United States. His clinical practice focuses on head and neck surgery and facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, including facial rejuvenation surgery, eyelid
surgery (blepharoplasty), brow surgery, rhinoplasty, and reconstructive facial procedures.
