About
Dr Aravi is a consultant adult rheumatologist with extensive clinical, academic and research experience. He graduated from James Cook University in 2013 and completed his training at Logan and Princess Alexandra Hospitals. In 2021, Dr Aravi earned his Fellowship in Rheumatology and received the Ken Muirden Overseas Training Fellowship to pursue research at the Royal National Hospital for Rheumatic Diseases in the UK.
Dr Aravi is involved in international research and has published on psoriatic arthritis, gout and myositis.
He is passionate about medical education and is the Director of Clinical Training for Rheumatology in Queensland and a Senior Lecturer at the University of Queensland. He also holds a public appointment at Logan Hospital in Brisbane.
