About
Clinical Practice
Dr Aron Chakera is a Specialist General Physician with a focus on renal medicine and chronic kidney disease.. He has an interest in autoimmune and metabolic diseases affecting the kidneys as well as in transplantation and dialysis. Procedures include insertion of lines for dialysis and renal biopsies. Dr Chakera provides thorough and up-to-date patient care grounded in the latest research. As kidney disease is usually asymptomatic until very advanced, screening at-risk patients early can allow treatment to be commenced, preventing progression and reducing cardiovascular risk.
