Dr Atandrila Das

Dr Das is a Melbourne-based consultant surgeon with qualifications in general and colorectal surgery. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS) and a member of the Colorectal Surgical Society of Australia and New Zealand (CSSANZ).

Dr Das graduated with First Class Honours from the University of Melbourne and completed her general surgery training in Melbourne in 2018. She undertook further subspecialty training in colorectal surgery, including a fellowship in robotic surgery at Oxford University Hospitals in the United Kingdom.

She has a clinical interest in minimally invasive surgical techniques and is currently pursuing a PhD in personalised medicine for metastatic colorectal cancer through the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre. Dr Das also regularly contributes to academic and professional conferences in her field.
