About
Dr Belinda Hii is a general surgeon with a clinical focus in endocrine surgery based in Melbourne. She completed general surgical training through the Alfred Health network in Victoria and was admitted as a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) in General Surgery in 2019.
Following this Dr Hii undertook further subspecialty fellowship training, first in endocrine and general surgery through Western Health, Victoria. After this, she was selected as the Selwyn Taylor Fellow in Endocrine Surgery (Hammersmith Hospital, Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust) in London, England.
Dr Hii commenced consultant practice in London prior to returning to Melbourne, where she is now appointed publicly as an endocrine and general surgeon with the Alfred and Peninsula Health networks. Her interests include minimally invasive adrenal surgery, minimally invasive and non-localised parathyroidectomy and thyroid surgery. She is trained in the use of IoPTH and both camera and probe based parathyroid autofluorescence techniques in parathyroid surgery.
Dr Hii consults in Frankston and East Melbourne and would value the opportunity to work with you on providing your patients with excellent endocrine surgical care.
