Dr Con Manganas is a cardiothoracic surgeon with a special interest in mitral valve surgery, lung cancer surgery, teaching, medical ethics and law.
He is also a member of the International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer.
Dr Manganas is also a trustee for the Knights of St George (which helps raise money for life-saving cardiothoracic equipment for St George Hospital).
He is fluent in Greek.
