Dr Danielle Ghusn

Dr Ghusn is a graduate from the University of Queensland and underwent surgical training at the Royal Brisbane Hospital. She completed her advanced surgical training as the Breast and Endocrine Fellow at Cheltenham General Hospital, Gloucestershire, UK. 

Since graduating, she has concentrated on treating thyroid and parathyroid diseases. She performs a large number of endocrine operations each year, including minimally invasive parathyroidectomy. She uses intraoperative recurrent laryngeal nerve monitoring. 

She is also interested in the management of benign and malignant conditions of the breast, oncoplastic techniques for breast surgery, including breast reconstruction. She has been in practice for over seventeen years on the Gold Coast, Australia.
