About
Dr Dawid Smalberger graduated from the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa with a MBCHB and MMED. He obtained Fellowship of the RACP in 2006. He is registered with the Medical Board of Australia as a Specialist Physician in General Medicine. He achieved recognition of his training in gastroscopy and colonoscopy from the Gastroenterology Society of Australia.
Present medical practice includes all aspects of general, adult internal medicine with an interest in hospital medicine and gastroscopy/colonoscopy.
He was appointed as a Staff Specialist at Nambour General Hospital in 2006. He served as Director of General Medicine at Nambour General Hospital from 2009 to July 2013.
He is a senior lecturer of the School of Medicine at the University of Queensland and has a special interest in clinical practice redesign.
