About
Dr Devamullage Thushara Manju Perera is a Specialist Rehabilitation Medicine Physician practising in Shepparton.
He consults at Goulburn Valley Health, Shepparton Private Hospital and his private spasticity clinic.
Dr Perera graduated with a medical degree from Lviv State Medical University, Ukraine, in 1997. He completed specialist training in Rehabilitation Medicine and was admitted as a Fellow of the Australasian Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine (FAFRM) of the Royal College of Physicians in 2018.
His clinical interests include spasticity management and rehabilitation care. Dr Perera is a certified botulinium toxin injector through the Rehabilitation Medicine Society of Australia and New Zealand (RMSANZ) and completed the STEP Interventional Spasticity Certificate Program through the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (AAPM&R) in 2025.
Dr Perera is a member of RMSANZ, the Internation Society of Physical and Rehabilitation medicine (ISPRM) and the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilation (AAPM&R).
He works with multidisiplinary teams, general practitioners and allied Health professionals in the delivery of rehabilitation care.

Botulinum toxin injection appointments are Bulk Billed
Review appointments following injections incur an $80 out-of-pocket fee.
Transport assistance can be arranged for parients who are unable to travel to appointments
