About
Dr Serefli completed a Fellowship in Otorhinolaryngology in 1997. In 2016, he completed a Fellowship in Otology, Neurotology and Implantable Hearing Aids at St Vincent’s Private Hospital. He has worked in the Illawarra and Shoalhaven areas for the past 13 years. He expanded his practice and in 2017 developed a locally based Cochlear Implant program, in conjunction with Wollongong Private Hospital and Hearing Implants Australia, which was created by Dr Philip Chang.
Dr Serefli has an Audiologist on site in both of his practices, who performs full diagnostic hearing tests, and can prescribe hearing aids if needed. He also has audiological support available for assessment and rehabilitation for patients with surgically implanted hearing aids, including Cochlear Implants and other implantable hearing aids.
He is interested in a range of general ENT procedures, including Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery, Septal reconstructions, Septoplasty, Myringoplasty, Mastoidectomy,Tonsils, Adenoids, and Grommets.
Dr Serefli has two practices, located in Wollongong and Nowra. He is an accredited VMO with admitting and operating rights at the following Ramsay
