Dr Gaurav Srivastava

Waverley Private Hospital would like to introduce Dr Gaurav Srivastav, haematologist. Gaurav completed his haematology training at Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow, India. He then continued working in the Department of Haematology and was involved in stem cell transplantation and acute leukaemia’s. Gaurav moved permanently to Australia in 2012 and thereafter worked at Monash Medical Centre, Geelong Hospital, Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre and at Alfred Hospital.

Working with the team at Waverley Private Hospital’s Day Infusion Centre, Gaurav can offer patients the convenience of local day treatment service delivered in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, taking some of the anxiety and inconvenience away of receiving treatment, and enabling patients and their families to continue with their lives during their treatment period.
