Dr Geoffrey Collins graduated from the University of Sydney Medical School in 2011 and completed General Surgery training in Western Sydney and regional NSW. He then undertook a research fellowship at the Westmead Institute for Medical Research and obtained two years’ experience as a Staff Specialist General Surgeon at Westmead Hospital. Following that he completed subspecialty training in Colorectal Surgery under the Colorectal Surgical Society of Australia and New Zealand (CSSANZ), completing accredited fellowships at the John Hunter Hospital and Gold Coast University Hospital.
He holds GESA accreditation and recertification in gastroscopy and colonoscopy. He prides himself on clear, open communication and a friendly, empathetic approach to his patients.
