Background & Training
Perth-trained, Dr Zammar graduated with honours from The University of Notre Dame Fremantle, receiving the School of Medicine Medal in 2014. He has worked across WA’s major tertiary hospitals and completed his specialist training and fellowship in 2025 with Blood Cancer Research WA. During this time, he was an investigator in over 30 clinical trials, contributing to cutting-edge developments in blood cancer treatment. His research excellence earned him the RACP Trainee Research Award, and his work has been published in leading journals such as Blood and The British Journal of Haematology. Dr Zammar is an active member of key national and state haematology networks, ensuring his patients benefit from the latest innovations and collaborative care.
