Dr Greg Malone

Dr Greg Malone completed his medical degree with an MBBS from the University of Queensland in 1992. In 2001 Dr Malone successfully completed his Fellowship examination with the RACS (Urology). Subsequently, Dr Malone undertook a Fellowship year at the prestigious Institute for Urology and Nephrology in London. This fellowship was focusing on prostate cancer/radical prostatectomy, endourology and complex stone disease. Dr Malone has undertaken extensive training in robotic surgery with a particular emphasis on robotically assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy.

Dr Malone is a Mentor/Trainer (for other surgeons and trainees) for Prosthetic Surgery, with particular reference to Penile Prosthesis insertion and Male Sling therapy for urinary incontinence.

Dr Malone is currently an examiner for the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, and is the immediate past Chairman of the Australian and New Zealand Association of Urological Surgeons (ANZAUS). Dr Malone was the Convenor and Chair of the 2014 USANZ National Scientific Meeting held in Brisbane (USANZ14).
