About

Dr Gregory Tarr is a specialist interventional radiologist with a clinical focus on minimally invasive, image-guided treatments. He completed his medical degree and PhD at the University of Otago, followed by radiology training in Auckland and advanced interventional radiology fellowships in Auckland and Vancouver, Canada. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists, is certified by the European Board of Interventional Radiology, and is a member of the Interventional Radiology Society of Australasia. Dr Tarr previously worked as a staff specialist at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital and as an interventional radiologist with Wesley I-MED. He now works in full-time independent practice, providing clinical consultations at Lower Cameron House and currently performing procedures through regular interventional radiology lists at St Andrew’s Ipswich Private Hospital
