Dr Gregory Wernecke

Dr Wernecke comes with a wealth of knowledge and surgical skills.  An honours graduate from the University of Sydney, and a fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and the Australian Orthopaedic Association Dr Wernecke completed his specialist orthopaedic training in 2017.

He has recently returned from sub-specialist training at the prestigious Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto Canada, receiving a clinical fellowship in revision hip and knee arthroplasty.     

Dr Wernecke provides high quality management in both sports knee and arthritic conditions. 

He also runs a complex joint clinic for dis-satisfied joint replacement patients or patients with special medical/musculoskeletal needs.  Dr Wernecke limits these clinics to reduced patient numbers and longer appointment times in order for patients with complex issues receive the focused care they require.
