About
Dr Hank Chen is a consultant gastroenterologist and hepatologist with a clinical foucs in gastrointestinal and liver disorders. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Sydney in 2009. He undertook his physician training, subspecialising in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at various tertiary hospitals across Sydney.
Dr Chen has performed more than 4000 cases of endoscopic procedures with excellent outcomes.
Dr Chen’s interests include bowel cancer screening, peptic ulcer disease, inflammatory bowel disease, and liver disease. He is fully accredited in gastroscopy and colonoscopy by Gastroenterological Society of Australia. Dr Chen is fluent in Mandarin.
