Dr Harveen Singh

Dr Harveen Singh is a paediatric gastroenterologist and hepatologist. She has worked as a consultant at the Royal Children’s Hospital, Melbourne prior to her move to Sydney. She underwent specialist paediatric training in Queensland. Following this, she completed sub-specialist training in gastroenterology at Queensland Children’s Hospital, Sydney Children’s Hospital and Monash Children’s Hospital, Melbourne. She then undertook a senior clinical fellowship with a focus on liver disease, transplantation (liver and intestine) and nutrition at Birmingham Children’s Hospital in the United Kingdom. She is accredited to perform paediatric gastroscopy and colonoscopy by the Conjoint Committee for Recognition of Training in Gastroenterological Endoscopy.

Dr Singh has published widely in the field of clinical gastroenterology and hepatology. She has presented her research, and received awards at both national and international conferences. She is committed to teaching and education, and is a member of the Royal Australian College of Physicians Gastroenterology Curriculum Advisory Group.

• Liver disease and liver transplantation
• Gastroenterological disorders such as inflammatory bowel disease, allergic gut disorders, coeliac disease, eosinophilic oesophagitis, gastroesophageal reflux disease
