Clinical Practice
Dr Maxwell-Scott is an Infectious Diseases Physician and Clinical Microbiologist. He has a broad range of experience in infectious diseases and a particular interest in bone and joint infection, tropical medicine and HIV. He now consults at Hollywood Private Hospital and offers a weekly clinic at Hollywood Medical Centre at Infections West.
Background & Training
Dr Maxwell-Scott completed his specialist training in London before working as an infection consultant at King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust from 2021 to 2023. After a move to Australia, Dr Maxwell-Scott undertook a fellowship at Westmead hospital in Sydney. Further to this he has completed both the RCP Diploma in Tropical Medicine and Hygiene, and a master’s degree in Medical Parasitology.
