About
Dr Hughie Tsang is a Ophthalmologist with an interest in Paediatrics. He studied medicine in Queensland and moved to New South Wales for ophthalmology training. He undertook a Paediatric Ophthalmology Fellowship at BC Children’s Hospital in Vancouver, Canada. He has been appointed to a Staff Specialist position at Sydney Children’s Hospital in Randwick.
He has a research degree on prevention of myopia progression, has published widely and is actively involved with teaching ophthalmology in Sydney and internationally. He is fluent in spoken and written Chinese. He is passionate about restoring sight and in particular helping children develop their full visual potential.
