Dr Jaclyn Lam completed her medical degree at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) and is a fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP). She is passionate in medical education and holds a conjoint position as Associate Lecturer with Macquarie University Medical School.
Dr Lam takes a whole-person approach to mental health care, drawing on the biopsychosocial model to integrate medication, psychological therapies, and lifestyle optimisation in support of each individual's recovery and long-term wellbeing. She is committed to compassionate, collaborative and culturally safe care, meeting people where they are in their mental health journey, recognising that meaningful change looks different for everyone.
Based at Ramsay Clinic Northside, Dr Lam provides assessment and management of a range of psychiatric disorders, including depression, anxiety disorders, OCD, ADHD, addictions, bipolar and psychotic disorders to adults aged between 18 to 65. Treatment services include inpatient, outpatient, and tele-health psychiatric services.
In addition to English, Dr Lam speaks Cantonese & Mandarin.
