About
Dr Jodie Trautman is a General Surgeon, with interest in Head and Neck, servicing the Illawarra-Shoalhaven coast. Dr Trautman completed a Doctor of Medicine in 2015 at Griffith University, QLD Australia, followed by her junior medical and specialist surgical training in NSW and Northern Territory.
She achieved Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons as a General Surgeon in 2024. Dr Trautman then undertook further subspecialty training, completing Fellowships in Head and Neck Surgery at Wollongong Hospital, NSW Australia; and Head and Neck Oncology Maxillofacial Surgery at St George’s Hospital, London UK.
She returned home to join Wollongong Surgical Associates providing quality head and neck, endocrine and general surgical services to the population of Illawarra-Shoalhaven.
