Dr John Aukes MBBS FRACP graduated from the University of Queensland in 1994. He undertook Respiratory training in Brisbane, and has been working in private practice since 2004.
Dr Aukes is a member of the Thoracic Society of Australia and New Zealand, Australian Medical Association, and Thoracic Society of Queensland.
Dr Aukes works in full-time private practice at Greenslopes Private Hospital and holds the position of Chair of the Respiratory Unit at the hospital. Dr Aukes is actively involved in the teaching and supervision of advanced respiratory trainees, as well as medical student teaching at Greenslopes Private Hospital.
