Jordan trained in Medicine as an undergraduate at the University of NSW and completed physician speciality training in Cardiology at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in 2014. He completed a Masters in Clinical Trials Research in 2015 and was awarded a PhD from the Faculty of Medicine on Statins, Cholesterol and the Risk of Cardiovascular disease at the University of Sydney in 2016. In parallel with his clinical trials training, he worked as a Consultant Cardiologist in an Academic Cardiology practice specialising in the care of chronic and complex heart disease (Central Sydney Cardiology).
From this foundation in evidence-based treatment of Cardiovascular Disease, Jordan then trained in Interventional Cardiology and Structural Heart Disease, interstate at the Austin Hospital (VIC) and internationally at the Leeds General Infirmary, UK which is one of the most highly regarded Structural Heart Programs in the UK.
Returning to Sydney, he has been appointed as an Interventional and Structural Heart Cardiologist at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in 2022 and is leading the Structural Heart Program at Central Sydney Cardiology. He has VMO appointments at Strathfield Private and Macquarie University Hospitals.
