Dr June Oo

Waverley Private Hospital would like to introduce Dr June Oo, general surgeon with further training in hepatobiliary and pancreatic (HPB) surgery treating disorders of the gallbladder, bile ducts, liver, and pancreas along with other general surgical conditions.

June obtained her fellowship in general surgery from the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS) in 2018.  She then completed further training through AANZHPBA in hepatobiliary and pancreatic (HPB) surgery through The Royal Melbourne Hospital, Peter MacCallum Cancer Center, Alfred Hospital and Monash Health.

She currently also works in Alfred Health as a general, trauma, and a hepatobiliary surgeon. She also holds a position in Sandringham Hospital as a general surgeon. June is heavily involved in the education and supervision of surgical trainees and residents
