Dr. Kavipriya Kuppuswamy is a specialist Paediatrician with over a decade of clinical experience, providing care to children from newborns to adolescents. She holds dual qualifications as a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) and as a Board-Certified Paediatrician by the National Board of Examinations in India.
Dr. Kuppuswamy has extensive experience in managing a wide range of paediatric conditions, including neonatal care, acute and chronic illnesses, and developmental and learning disorders. She is dedicated to promoting the physical, emotional, and developmental well-being of her patients and values building long-term partnerships with families to provide holistic care.
Qualifications and Experience
Dr. Kuppuswamy completed her initial paediatric training in 2010 and subsequently undertook advanced training in Paediatric Critical Care. Since moving to Australia in 2014, she has worked in major tertiary paediatric hospitals, including Neonatal and Paediatric Intensive Care Units, and was involved in paediatric retrieval services. She obtained her FRACP in 2024 and currently serves as a Senior Medical Officer and Director of Paediatric Education at the Department of Paediatrics, Caboolture Hospital.
