About
Dr Chan is a Cardiologist with an interest in general Cardiology and Cardiac Electrophysiology.
He is a Clinical Senior Lecturer at the University of Sydney Medical School and has completed National Heart Foundation funded PhD studies on vascular disease at the University of Sydney, followed by a 2 year postdoctoral clinical and research fellowship in Cardiac Electrophysiology at Loyola University Medical Center, Chicago, USA, under the mentorship of Prof David Wilber.
Dr Chan performs the full range of procedures required for management of heart rhythm disorders including ablation procedures for supraventricular tachycardia, atrial fibrillation and ventricular tachycardia, and pacemaker and defibrillator implants.
