Dr Leslie Oliver

Having graduated from Melbourne University, Les Oliver spent his formative years at Austin Hospital and in the Melbourne University Department of Medicine, before commencing training in cardiology at St Vincent’s Hospital, Melbourne, in echocardiography and cardiac catheterisation, and at the University of California Davis. He returned to Austin Hospital as a Consultant Cardiologist, where he was one of the founders of percutaneous coronary intervention.

 

Major interests include clinical cardiology, cardiac physiology, coronary artery disease and interventional cardiology.
