Dr Liam Johnson

Dr Liam Johnson is an Orthopaedic Surgeon operating in the southside of Brisbane. He has completed further training and has an interest in Paediatric Orthopaedics. Dr Johnson manages a range of orthopaedic conditions including paediatric trauma of the upper and lower limb, sports injuries, neuromuscular conditions, limb deformity and paediatric lower limb conditions. 

Dr Johnson provides care for patients in all areas of Brisbane, consulting from his rooms in Dutton Park and Greenslopes Private Hospital, utilising the latest surgical techniques. He believes in tailoring treatment to suit the individual and seeks non-surgical management before considering alternate options. Dr Johnson takes a collaborative approach to patient care and encourages strong communication between patients and their practitioners to optimise results. 

Dr Johnson is known for his personable disposition, timely correspondence and commitment to his patients. As a lifelong resident of Brisbane, Dr Johnson is proud to be assisting his community and helping children and their families through treatment. 

Dr Johnson trained in science and medicine at the University of Queensland, graduating in 2006. In 2018, after receiving his Fellowship from the Royal Australian College of Surgeons, Dr Johnson undertook a Paediatric Fellowship at BC Children’s Hospital, Vancouver.
