Dr Melanie Aldridge

Dr Melanie Aldridge is a Paediatric Nephrologist and welcomes all referrals across her field with a particular interest in chronic kidney disease, vasculitis, acute kidney injury and congenital anomalies of the renal tract. She is also available for antenatal counselling. 
Melanie is also a General Paediatrician able to provide holistic care to children of all ages from birth to the end of their schooling. She holds a casual Senior Medical Officer position at the Queensland Children’s Hospital. 
Melanie has trained at multiple sites in Queensland; working at The Gold Coast University Hospital, Queensland Children’s Hospital, Mater Hospital and Toowoomba Base Hospital. In addition, she has completed nephrology fellowships at the Queensland Children’s Hospital, The Sydney Children’s Hospital and Children’s Hospital at Westmead (Sydney).
