About
Dr Michael Carter grew up in the Southern Highlands of NSW. He completed both his dental and medical degree at the University of Sydney and subsequently was selected to complete his Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery training in Victoria.
On completion of specialist training, Dr Carter worked in New Zealand at Waikato Hospital where he undertook further training in complex facial trauma and was a member of the cleft team.
Dr Carter holds clinical appointments at Western Health Melbourne, Geelong University Hospital and Royal Dental Hospital Melbourne where he is involved in supervision & training of surgical trainees.
