DR MICHELE BATEY

Dr Michele Batey graduated in Medicine from the University of Sydney and did her Obstetrics and Gynaecology training at Royal North Shore Hospital.  She spent her final year of training in an Advanced Pelvic Surgery Fellowship at North Shore Private Hospital. She also has a Masters of Clinical Epidemiology from the University of Sydney.

Dr Batey is an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist practising at North Shore Private and Royal North Shore Hospitals.  In her obstetric practice she aims to involve the pregnant woman and their partner in the decisions surrounding their pregnancy and birth in order to maximise their satisfaction with their birth experience.  She has an interest in medical disorders in pregnancy, treatment of abnormal Pap smears and infertility.  Michele also has an interest in nutrition and exercise in pregnancy.
